Exact Recruitment was founded in 2010 and has, for more than 10 years,

successfully recruited employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH-regionen)

and in parts of Scandinavia, primarily Denmark and southern Sweden.

We solve most of our assignments through headhunting and active sourcing.

We only advertise by prior agreement with our customers.

Professional experience, responsibility and ownership

We have many years of professional experience and take responsibility and ownership

for the recruitment process. When you work with us, you are always in dialogue

with a responsible and experienced headhunter.

Test-/assessment, analyses and evaluation of competencies

It is our mission to find and select qualified employees, that match

our customers' expectations and corporate culture. We therefore use valid

test-/assessments and analyses and we evaluate competencies in the process.

Depending on the needs, we also offer single assessments as a "second opinion"

of our clients' own internal applicants for e.g. a management position.
